In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) reservations are subject to acceptance of our Terms & Conditions:
Due to live booking options via Internet, reservations are only secured on proof of payment of the required deposit on a first come, first served basis. We cannot be held responsible for loss of a booking/s due to delayed payment. We do not accept cheque / credit card payments. Deposits are made directly into our bank account cash or EFT (electronic funds transfer).
Cancellations
- Cancellation less than 48 hours forfeits full deposit.
- Cancellation 3 – 14 days prior to arrival = 75%
- Cancellation 15 – 21 days prior to arrival = 50%
- Cancellation 22 days prior to arrival = Full deposit refunded.

All the damages to the venue, or anything that belongs to the La Luna Guest Farm (linen,crockery,cutlery, furniture etc.) will be charged directly to the client. La Luna Guest Farm reserves the right of admission. La Luna Guest Farm does not accept responsibility for any losses or inconvenience due to power failures or acts of God. At midnight the music must be turned down.
Acceptance
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) the guest's signature is required to confirm that he/she has read, understands and accepts all the Terms and Conditions of this establishment as set in this document.
